Ordering & Shipping
To purchase products from MedReleaf, you must be a registered MedReleaf patient. MedReleaf is pleased to offer two methods to place your orders:

When ordering over the telephone you will be asked to confirm your identity.
Health Canada regulations (ACMPR) restrict individual shipments to no more than the lesser of 30 days worth of your daily prescribed dose or 150 grams. If you are prescribed more than 5 grams per day, you will therefore need to order more than once per month (30 day period).
MedReleaf accepts payment online or over the telephone with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Debit). If you prefer to send in a certified cheque or money order made out to MedReleaf Corp, your payment must arrive prior to your order being shipped. Our Patient Service Team will notify you once your payment has been received.
MedReleaf will ship your first order of each 30-day ordering period free of charge via Canada Post’s
Xpresspost™. Each additional shipment in the same 30-day period will incur a flat rate shipping charge
of $10.00, but it will still be shipped via Canada Post’s Xpresspost™.
For an additional charge of $30.00, you may choose to ship your package via Purolator Courier. You will be provided that option during checkout. Both methods deliver your orders directly to your front door. For your convenience, we also permit you to direct your Xpresspost™ order to your nearest or most convenient Canada Post location for pick up. All deliveries will require an individual above the age of 18 to sign for the package.
Every order placed before 1:00pm EST will be shipped out that same business day at 4:00pm EST. Every order placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped out the following business day at 4:00pm EST.
Canada Post usually will deliver an order within 2-3 business days, while Purolator Express will deliver an order usually within 1-2 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates at best, and depending on the situation, delivery times could be delayed or expedited beyond the estimated timeframes.
